(Andy would like me to point out that he has far fewer spots than when this picture was taken! - Ed)

Andy the 'all rounder' joined Radio Victory some 2 years ago and has worked his tender tonsils to the bone (do they have bones? Ed)

He came from Hospital Radio full of youthful enthusiasm, keen to undertake any job that was thrown at him and so far has not dropped one. He started as the main stand-by presenter, and has since presented Saturday Sports, the Afternoon Show, Night Flight and back to afternoons again in the new spring line up.

Andy has presented just about every programme on the station when regular presenters have been on holiday or sick - except the specialist music shows. His first regular weekday programme was to replace Tim Parnell in the afternoon.

Andy's musical knowledge for one of his tender years is immense, focussing on 80s music and Sherryl Crow - in fact he has even started referring to her as 'the Mrs!'.

Andy was born in Portsmouth, grew up in Horndean, was educated locally and aspires to be a part of the Radio Victory team on full time FM and his favourite fruit is the banana (is this relevant? Ed). It certainly looks like this 18 year old who shares his birthday with American Independance Day has his next few years mapped out.

Andy presents the Afternoon 'appening from 14:00 to 17:00 every weekday. If you want to send him an email his address is andy.martindale@radiovictory.co.uk.
