Victory's weekday late night presenter was born and educated in Southsea and was born and has lived in the Portsmouth area all his life.

Phil has been 'on-air' with the new Victory group since day one - his first programme started at 4 o'clock.... in the morning! - always the man for the odd hours our Phil! Nowadays it is a (slightly) more respectable 22:00 to midnight with the Nightflight.

Phil says:

"Portsmouth and the surrounding area lost part of its identity in 1986. Together with the rest of the Radio Victory team I would like to put true local radio back into our corner of South and East Hampshire."
