Radio Victory and Channel 50How to listen to Radio Victory in uninterrupted stereo |
Radio Victory now shares Cable & Wireless channel 50 (TVToday) with Cable and Wireless' own trailers
known as TVInfo, which are broadcast every few minutes. If you wish to listen to Radio Victory in clear
uninterrupted stereo then you can via cable radio. A connection should have been made between the white
box located on your wall (which your CATV converter is connected to) and the aerial socket on the back
of your HiFi's tuner when your cable television was installed. With this connection made you will find
Radio Victory is added to the FM band on your tuner at 95.60 Mhz along with stereo soundtracks to other
cable television channels.
If this connection, known as "FM hook up", has not been made or you are having trouble receiving us on cable radio then contact Cable & Wireless customer services on 0345 114455 for advice and (if necessary) to arrange installation. Remember that the only way to listen to Radio Victory in stereo is via FM hook up. Cable & Wireless do not encode the Radio Victory signal on channel 50 into NICAM so you will not hear us in stereo on channel 50, even if you have a stereo television. |
